Crafting Healing Potions

Creating or brewing potions of healing have the following requirements:

1. Proficiency with the herbalism skill.
2. Material components for the potion. See the rarity requirements in the table below.
3. Time to produce the potion.
4. A workspace where the potion brewing can proceed undisturbed.
