Of the humanoid races on dunia, humans are the most numerous. Humans occupy nearly all of the varied biomes and possess many cultures to adapt to the habitat and history of the region.

Human creation story:

After the Celestial Emperor had assigned the gods their tasks, he spoke with Cehesis, Viceroy of Heaven, Grand Architect.. The Grand Architect was given a task to create a mortal race who would be able to perceive and understand creation and possess a free will, to choose a path for their own lives.
Cehesis bowed and left the Emperor to consider how to accomplish this task. After much deliberation, the Viceroy called a convocation of many gods, who working together, each god adding and subtracting, until Cehesis saw the task had been completed and the first humans were created.
Many of the gods were delighted with the work and took humans to the realms they were creating. Other gods felt the humans could be improved upon, and took the human form but continued to make changes. These gods created the myriad humanoid races such as elves, dwarves, orcs, gnomes, and many others.
