Levistus, Lord of Stygia

Ages ago Levistus rebelled and betrayed Asmodeus. His punishment was to be frozen and imprisoned deep in the ice of STYGIA.

After Geryon fell from favor, Asmodeus restored Levistus' rule over Stygia, but did not free him from his prison of ice. Levistus controls his followers and minions with telepathy across the Nine Hells and the Material Plane.
