Recharging magic items

Magic items can be recharged with the appropriate knowledge, time, skill , and materials. Cetacean oil is usually the arcane energy source. The rarity of the oil required is equal or greater than the rarity of the item being charged.

Recharging an item with one or more charges, to full charge of 10 charges is shown in the table below. An item with zero charges also requires casting of the base spell (example fireball spell for a wand of fireballs).
