The Steel Hand

The Steel Hand is a mercenary group led by the charismatic Arthur Dale. The Steel Hand is based in Randolph Street district with a strong presence in both Palmer Woods and Grand Circus Park. The Steel Hand finds work guarding caravans and the warehouses of various merchants. There are whispers the Steel Hand engages in other forms of work, such as robbing or threatening a rival merchant, and making certain problems disappear. The Steel Hand has also provides charitable services to the residents of the Randolph Street district, such as subsidizing a market and operating a shelter for the homeless. The Steel Hand also acts the police in the Randolph Street district with creates tension with both The White Cloaks and The DPS. The criminals the Steel Hand turns over to the DPS are usually missing a few things such as several fingers or a tongue.
