Upper Sargauth River
The Upper Sargaurth flows from the Red Fens in The Shadowfell into a sinkhole becoming an underground river. It somehow transitions to the material plane underground before descending the Ocqueoc Falls. After the Ocqueoc Falls, the river empties into the Skullpool surrounding Skull Island.
