Yugoloths

Yugoloth's are fiends in Hell with a mercantile or mercenary outlook. Where the Devils want to rule everything and the Demons want to destroy everthing, the Yugoloths' desires and agenda's are usually more personal and smaller scale.

A Yugoloth will conspire with both sides of a conflict always seeking advantage. They are not as rigid as a Devil in keeping promises, but they do realize fulfilling the terms of a contract may position them favorably for a greater future advantage.

The Yugoloth's are selfish, unpredictable opportunists and can employ a demon's spiteful wrath and a devil's calculated cruelty. A Yugoloth is capable of acting with precise civility and restraint and also savage violence. By always keeping their true feelings and thoughts hidden within layers of schemes and plots, the Yugoloth is perhaps more than any other group of fiends, the most difficult to understand.
