Braumeister Osswald

Osswald is the Braumeister of the Fuzzy Turtle Brewery. A man of Oeridian ancestry, Osswald's father came to Hommlet before the time of troubles with the original Temple of Elemental Evil and established the brewhouse. Osswald inherited the family business nineteen years ago. He lives in Hommlet with his wife and son. His nephew and wife came to Hommlet to help run the business, as it is very successful and grown so since the roads became safer to transport. He owns a pair of mastiffs that roam free near the grounds of the brewery. 
He and his family are all worshippers of the Old Faith.
Osswald cares much about the opinion of others, and values respect to a high degree. He can be argumentative and aggressive when he feels he isn't in control of a conversation or when touchy subjects are brought about. At the end of the day he tries to carry himself with professionalism and will apologize when he gets too heated.
He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.
