Turuko

Turuko was a member of the Black Earth Cult and was the individual who used the dagger of ossification on Burne. He was also seemingly responsible for causing some of the earthquakes in the area by manipulating the floating stones that sat in an underground cavern below Mayor Nevets' home. He was eventually tracked down and killed at the farmstead near the Temple of Elemental Evil.
