Veltor

Veltor was a young farmhand and a participant in the offensive against the renewed Temple of Elemental Evil. Veltor was known to be a bit of a prankster, lazy and regarded by some as the town fool. He enjoyed spending time at the Stumbling Ogre, often while skirting his responsibilities on his family's farm or when assuming militia duty. He had a flirtatious relationship with the blacksmith, Autumn, though she seemed to rebuff his advances.  
Veltor had been grievously injured while on patrol with another one of the town militia named Albrecht. The two had been attacked by gnolls and Veltor only barely survived due to the intervention of a few adventurers who found him laying in the field. He had run from the conflict whereas Albrecht stood up to the gnolls; a fact that left Veltor with a degree of shame as he returned home.
He boldly volunteered to go with the campaign against the revived Temple of Elemental Evil in an effort to impress Autumn. He died during the Battle of the Hall of Triumphal Evil. He was a follower of St. Cuthbert and was buried in the cemetery near the chapel.
