Merquat the Arcane

Recently arrived at Port Shurius, Merquat has set himself up on the outskirts of the High Market. His reasons for arrival are not clear, but it is seen as a sign that Port Shurius is becoming a "real" spelljamming port. Likely, the Arcane see an opportunity to make profit as Greatspace rebuilds its navy, and other travelers arrive here. Merquat typically travels with several human bodyguards, hired from some of the mercenary guilds on Lagor's World.
