The Platinum Pass is the main city that sepparates the Kingdom of Andalor and the western side of Etteron. Run by The Golden Wheel, the Platinum Pass is the main trade hub between Andaldor and Etteron and acts as a border which taxes travelers from either nation. It is a completely neutral city
