Hesthera Draketalons (Hes-there-a)

Hesthera Draketalons was a high priestess of Tiamat in charge of her goddess's temple and operations in Naumachia. She led the Heads of Tiamat and oversaw each of the 5 Wings of the cult. She was the sole appointer of the Heads as well as the creator of the masks. Her lucrative relationship with the Goddess of Greed granted her immense power, including the ability to summon Tiamat's Godly Avatar. Historically, she was the only known paladin of Tiamat.
She died at the hands of the original kings of Bastion on a battlefield in Naumachia. This marked the official end of the first appearance of the cult.
