Kaspar the Cold, Kaspar the Cruel

Founder of Regnum Avaritia.
Wielding a conviction that led him to victory by any means necessary, Kaspar would live to be the most hated member of the Flight of the Fang. He specialized in ice magic and drew power from the cold itself. In order to gain the upper hand against Tiamat in the final showdown, Kaspar plunged his kingdom into an intense, eternal winter. In doing so, he acquired the power of True Ice- ice powerful enough to overcome Tiamat's resistance. While the white Dragonborn and Goliath of Regnum Avaritia were largely unaffected by the eternal winter, the other races of Bastion would not fare nearly as well. It may have led to a victory against Tiamat, but thousands would die in the snow in the centuries after. Kaspar is the only member of the Flight to have died of old age, peacefully, in his sleep.
