An expensive hotel, nightclub and casino (and brothel) next to the Southshore Pleasure Pier, frequented by the wealthy denizens of Southshore and the Sea Marshal Harrison Imcar Military College. Although it neighbours the Seamen's Mission, ordinary sailors are generally not welcome; they drag down the look of the thing, don'tcher know.
