Behind the Waterfall

General Summary

The group started off walking the trail heading to Fort Rannick as it meandered its way along Skull River at the edge of the forest. The rain started just before they split off the main path to head to the Fort.
The rain continued to get harder as the group approached, hiding at the edge of the forest once it was within sight. After a few minutes a few of the group felt an errie presence but couldn't figure out why, others could head a rustling in the trees and Tetsuo took off into the forest to figure out what was happening. After a few moments he could hear a voice. Focusing on it he was able to slowly hear it calling names, softly, calling out for the group. Growing concerned Tetsuo kept looking before finding __K___. Rejoining everyone else they tried to figure out the best way in. Deciding to keep with the plan to sneak in the caves they made their way around the forest edge to the pool that the waterfall lands into.
At the edge of the pool piles of bodies lay contaminating the once clear water. Finding their way up behind the water into a fungus covered cave before heading up to a secondary cave

Rewards Granted

On the small skeletal body at the bottom of the ravine Tetsuo was able to find a small sized +1 mithral short sword, and a bag that contains a broken flask, prospecting tools and a pouch with large (nearly card deck sized) garnets.
