Tibre is Kinkeen's maternal uncle, although not biologically. She is some of the only close family he has and so Tibre spoiled her (& her younger brother) when she was growing up.
Relationship Reasoning
Kinkeen's mother Kiro, grew up with Tibre, as did her mother before her. Kiro and Tibre neared adulthood at the same time and they formed a close bond during late adolescence. When Kiro had her own family Tibre became the uncle to her children, Kinkeen and Holden.
