Nelabhani (णेलाबनि)

The capital city of Jenarus.

Government

Unlike the other settlements of Jenarus, Nelabhani doesn't have a mayor. Because it's the home of the Panna Mahal and the Parasendhi royal family the ruler of the city is choosen by the Zin Ji.

Defences

There is a 24 hour guard watch that patrols the city at all times to keep the Panna Mahal protected.
