Tir Geal Plate

Tir Geal Plate is a shipbuilding facility that is nestled in the L1 orbital slot of Toril. It's is owned by the Elven royalty of Evermeet, but they take a relatively hands off approach to it's management. Instead they lease out most of the dock space to other ship builders such as HAMMER and of course The Elven Armada. Access to the plate is restricted to Employees of it's assorted lessee and their VIPs.
