Half-fey

An extraordinarily rare species where an offspring of a Human parent and a Fey parent combine.
Such people are often shunned by both parents' species, and are frequently born outside of any formal relationship or marriage.
These folk are frequently resilient, independent and often found undertaking the life of the mercenary or adventurer, as a settled, 'normal' life is hard for them to find. They often excel at such a life, being able to draw upon the strengths and qualities of both parents.
