The Iron Fortress

The Iron Keep is the ancestral home of the Iron House. Built by Lord Hiberus Ferrand over three hundred years ago, it is a dreary and dull building, built for function, not show. All apart from the three story high stained glass window which dominates the fortress on one side. This was also commissioned by Lord Hiberus and depicts a blacksmith at work at his forge - the symbol of the house. This window is in the process of being repaired after Captain Nikolai Kester dove head-first through it whilst escaping from Reynard Ferrand recently.
