Ikoma Fumiko "Fujiro"
Born as Ikoma Fumiko, he was treated as a woman for their early life. They obeyed all the rules and did as they were told, until one day, their brother Fujiro was killed in a fight Fumiko had gotten the two of them into. His body was dragged off into the woods, never to be seen again, and Fumiko couldn't bear it.
Instead of taking the blame for their brother's death, Fumiko became Fujiro. He changed his way of speaking and his way of interacting with the world--he became more dedicated to battle, became more flirtatious. He decided he would live the life that Fujiro should have lived, and he dedicated himself to it, and let Fumiko die that day, instead.
His brother was rescued by a group of Spider and resuscitated, but Fujiro couldn't remember anything. Tainted by the touch of the shadowlands, he joined up at the City Beyond the Wall of Evil, and remembered only the part of his name that was "Fu". He chose to take the name Fuma.
Many years later, they would be reunited only because the young Yasuki Reisuka noticed they both looked alike and misnamed Fujiro "Fuma". While Fuma never took back his own name, Fujiro was at home in his masculine body, and decided to keep it, even afterward.

He does feel bad about the fact that he actively deceives his parents, but he would feel even more guilty if his parents knew the turn of events and blamed him for the death of his brother.
