Fralloywri was an expert in manipulating plant growth with magic and used careful consideration of soil composition to effect unique woods and constructions out of the plants. These become the very structures that the Chokurri Elves used as homes and palaces.
He could grow houses, essentially, and the properties of the walls, roofs, etc are all determined by the soil he grows them from, much in the same way the adamantine content of soil produces the Hard Nut. He would also work with potted plants, pre-existing plant homes and custom rooms. The art could affect subtle energies much like Feng Shui was used in Jiaohai. It was not all about the plants, it was about the energy of the area, and involved Ley Lines.
The buildings he grew could even pull stones up with their roots to form solid foundations and fortified walls.
