Duties

The Grand Warden of the Silverleaf Rangers is responsible for leading and directing the organization, ensuring that its members are trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively. They must also liaise with the Council of Sylvarin and other High Elf communities to coordinate efforts and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the Enchanted Forest of Lómeaure.   The Grand Warden must uphold the traditions and culture of the Silverleaf Rangers, maintaining discipline, morale, and cohesion within the organization. They also act as a role model and mentor to other rangers, providing guidance, support, and advice as needed.

The Grand Warden's responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the Silverleaf Rangers, organizing patrols, monitoring potential threats to the forest and its inhabitants, and responding to emergencies as needed. They are also responsible for maintaining and upgrading the rangers' equipment and facilities, ensuring that they have the resources necessary to carry out their duties effectively.   The Grand Warden serves as the public face of the organization, representing the rangers to other High Elf communities, as well as to outsiders. They must be diplomatic and skilled in communication, able to negotiate with other groups and advocate for the needs of the Silverleaf Rangers.
