The Citi Disciples
Originally created before the Fifth Great War under the name SinnerKrieg by a morally questionable scientist Arther Gaston, for whom we have little to no information about. After the war however Arther had disappeared, and his predecessor Edward Thurad (human soldier) took his place changing the name to Citi Disciples and using the already formed gang to help rebuild the City and look after each other. Many lost and alone after the war had joined the gang for refuge and community. Edward Thurad became an icon and a leader.
Their reputation at this stage was not even considered a Gang but rather a community and to a few, a fan group to the generous Edward. After things began to quiet down and Edward Thurad had passed of old age people no longer needed the Citi Disciples, and things began to change. With a new Unknown leader and the original members getting old and settling down the only new members were those who had been tossed aside by the system, students that failed at their studies. And those that couldn’t keep up with progression and lost their jobs to those better than them.
These people were smart but not smart enough. This made for a group that was both arrogant and angry, resorting to crime. The people now have mixed feelings about the gang as most of them know of the good-natured history but with the rise in crime amongst them and the shady workings in high political and official places the common people rarely had an opinion, and “would rather not get into it”.
The Citi Disciples interference in political affairs;
It was known in the media outlet circles that producing news reports on this gang in a negative light will cause the writer to receive “ bad luck “ causing few brave enough to write anything on the gang's criminal activity. News of them was almost entirely word of mouth.
Kendorian Bard College.
It’s been known for a long time that any bard has some ties to this school whether being a direct student or a student of a student and so on. No other bard school stands to compete. In fact, no other bard school could stand at all with the school's good relationship with the nefarious gang. Other bard schools all either went bankrupt or just mysteriously shut down.
There is no official document that proves the gang's involvement in paying off the law to avoid the repercussions of illegal activity, yet somehow they keep slipping through the cracks without punishment. However, if they push too far in places such as the Monastery then punishment gets pushed but the Citi Disciples know their place. Being around so long they are tactical and sneaky working with the system or rather getting the system to work for them.
