Drehya Blighthallow
Drehya Blighthallow is the Chief of Police for the Watchers Guild in Ravenport's Credence Square station. She began as a beat cop with the Watcher's prior to The Blackout and was promoted by Henri Beaumont shortly after he became Guildmaster and Comissioner of the Watchers.
