The Church of the Chase

The Church of the Chase is a religion centered around the pursuit of personal excellence and the belief that one's destiny is shaped by their own actions. Followers of this religion believe in a deity known as The Great Hunter who is said to represent the pinnacle of skill and determination. The Great Hunter is believed to be always watching, ready to reward those who chase their dreams with success and fulfillment. The Church of the Chase places a great emphasis on the value of hard work, determination, and perseverance. Followers are encouraged to set goals for themselves and pursue them with all their might, believing that the Great Hunter will aid them in achieving their dreams. In addition to individual pursuits, the Church also places a strong emphasis on community and cooperation. Followers are expected to support one another and work together towards common goals.   The Church of the Chase is organized around a hierarchical structure, with a leader known as the High Priest at the top. Beneath the High Priest are a number of lower-ranking priests, who are responsible for overseeing the spiritual needs of the community. The Church is also home to a number of lay members, who may hold various roles within the organization.   The Church of the Chase is a popular choice among those who value self-improvement and the pursuit of excellence. Its emphasis on individual effort and determination make it an appealing religion for those who believe that their own actions shape their destiny.   Unlike most religions, organizations and peoples, the Church of the Chase has a greater understanding of Power & Price, the cosmic law of Rubrik. This understanding is a fundamental belief within the religion. They seek to find a balance between power, and their pursuit of skill and excellence, and the price that is sure to come with it.

Magick

Given that the Church places a strong emphasis on personal achievement, skill, and determination, the Church views magick as a means of enhancing these qualities or as a way of achieving goals that might otherwise be unattainable. Members of the Chase are advised to use caution and receive proper training in the realm of magick, as it is still relatively misunderstood and still dangerous.
