Hendrix Farm
Not far outside of town lies the Hendrix Farm. It is one of the few remaining occupied farmsteads in the area. After the meteor, the crops were blighted, the livestock died, and Mrs. Hendrix became ill and wasted away. Mr. Hendrix almost killed himself in despair, but before he did, Lucrecia Mathias chanced to stay at his farm on her first pilgrimage into the city. Her words were like water to a man dying of thirst. For the first time in a long time, he felt hope.
The Hendrix farm has become a stopping off place for the Followers of the Falling Fire. A place for them to rest and recover before making the perilous final leg of the journey to the crater to partake in the Sacrament of the Falling Fire.
