High Court
Judge Fleischmann was the cruelest judge ever to sit on the High Court. He was known for his harsh sentencing, especially of the poor and non-humans. He was there the day of the meteor, and was thought dead. Now there are disturbing reports that within the icy halls of the High Court, the Judge rules his domain still. His form is twisted and warped by the Haze, a reflection of his true nature. There he sits in judgement on anyone unfortunate enough to be brought before him. The verdict is always guilty, and he is the executioner.
Purpose / Function
The High Court was a place of law and justice. At least that was the idea. Sometimes it was. Other times the law was used to further political, religious, or even personal ends.
