Green Space Observatory

The Green Space Observatory is a ramshackle metal tower with a hamfisted attempt at a telescope to learn about the local star system. Dangerously messy inside with all manner of scrap-tech and parts, the only discernible feature on the ground floor is a small altar to Weydan set in a cluttered alcove of the northern wall. The main room is octagonal in shape and decorated with mostly wealthy looking relics that some suggest were pilfered from the many Abadar-faithful aboard the Sun Bastion, but never proven. The interior walls of the observatory are made of rocks and mud with the ceiling so high its difficult to make out details.
The observatory itself is only guarded by impressive statues of warriors and often left unsupervised by the Technomancer Cyvin Riila, a Damaya Lashunta who seems to move around constantly, never staying in the same spot. Since the Crash, Cyvin has frequently made attempts to understand the stars in this unknown area of space, but - perhaps suffering unmitigated ADHD - rarely puts a concerted effort into doing so.
