Terrafall Nightclub

On the outskirts of the settlement just outside of the militia's curfew patrols is the Terrafall Nightclub, a place to enjoy food, alcohol, and music (the same tracks, over and over). It is a tall building that is not particularly spacious with an absolutely putrid bar occupying the ground floor. The floor is typically sticky from past spilled beverages. Despite the lackadaisical attitude toward hygiene, the bar area is brightly lit and well attended by the staff. A sign on the front suggests that there are accommodations, but the third-floor rooms are typically used for otherwise nefarious purposes or as a last ditch effort to avoid returning to the settlement while curfew is in effect.
Observing from a raised balcony overlooking the establishment is Durgesh "Two-Scar" Hjinae, a brutish Vesk who thinks highly of themself and is unintentionally condescending even in everyday speech. As far as anyone knows, they've never been seen without a pair of whittled dice rolling between their clawed fingers as they idly observe their patrons.
