Sultur

Sultur is a lesser demon that based out of the Whale's Tooth Tavern near the Shadow Isles. He tried to destroy Evelynn and feast on her power. Now he lives on, bound to his mistress, and when the mood strikes, Evelynn lets her servants out to play. Sultur lures treasure hunters for him and Vora to devour.
