Targon Prime

The Celestial Realm, or the Realm of Creation, is all of space and time and their contents, including planets (such as the physical and spiritual realms which make up the realm of Runeterra), stars, galaxies, and all other forms of matter and energy. Very little is known about the cosmos, usually through tales, myths, and general observation. What is known is that it is a place where time and space function differently from the realm of Runeterra. Beyond it (or seemingly below it) is the Void Realm, the Realm of Nothingness

Targon Prime

Described as a brilliant city of gold and silver, Targon Prime is a realm beyond Runeterra where celestial beings known as Aspects and mythical creatures of the stars reside. Every generation or so, an Aspect will descend from Targon Prime to imbue mortals, whom they deem worthy, to become their vessel. It is a vast realm bathed in golden light at day and sparkling stars at night. Sometimes the reason for these Targonian Ascended's disappearances can be linked to Targon Prime on which deceased aspect vessels are now a part of the great council planning to build an army of powerful human-celestial mieldings against the unknowable nothingness.
In the rare event that a mortal reaches Targon’s peak, the heavens open before them in a dazzling display of cosmic aurorae. Few ever bear witness to that radiant sight, far above the cloudline and beneath the glittering stars, where it is said that timeless, godlike beings dwell in a wondrous city of gold and silver.

Constellations

Constellations are areas or beings in the celestial realm in which a group of visible stars form a perceived outline or pattern. These cosmic creations are not easily understood, since their origins and visuals vary greatly just in the universe alone.
These celestial patterns have different origins. Celestial dragons like Aurelion Sol created and gave life to numerous constellations. Constellations that are byproduct of ascension have each star represent a host for a certain aspect. Constellations can be visual representations of beings that have traversed from the physical to the celestial realm (e.g. The Lovers constellation from The Vaulted Road).
These wondrous and mysterious creations typically represent an animal, mythological subject, events, inanimate object, ascended individuals, or aspects. Beings such as celestials (including aspects and dragons), aspect hosts, and even mortals from the physical realm can reshape or perceive constellations differently depending on certain events, abilities, or cosmic alignment. The death of Pantheon, the Aspect of War, caused the extinguishment of the entire Warrior constellation (until it was reignited in a new form), showing that the constellations have connections to the aspects they represent.
