18 FEB - Twilight Tower Act II

General Summary

The Tower's Trials and Tribulations

Current Date: Night of 1 Enneatyr, 994 AN (New Moon)
(Floor 2)The party started off this session in a large room with a draconic creature with multiple heads and a timer ticking down to prepare for it's release. It was a fairly straightforward combat with the Prismatic Hydra that wore the party down. Sprout had a small scare with petrification, but overcame it.
(Floor 3) The next floor with goodies contained what looked to be a ransacked alchemy lab with a riddle, some lovely drinks, and a dangerous back room. Some trial and error coupled with some Augery resulted in some cautious party members, but they eventually drank the RAINBOW combination and walked in to pull the lever to access the next area. It only slightly hurt to do so.
(Floor 4) The final floor of that evening contained a lovely (abstract) jade statue the gave off vibes of enchantment and evocation. While investigating the statue, the party was ambushed by Ethereal Marauders that kept popping in and out of the Ethereal plane. Things were starting to look perilous for a moment, but the party managed to clear out the threats here, as well.
(Floor 4.5) Limping their way to the "safe" floor between floors, Logi attempted to put up a Tiny Hut to create a safe place to rest. Unfortunately, the spell didn't seem to work properly and the dome simply fizzled away.
