General Summary
Close Quarters Battle: Ship Edition
Current Date: Night of 7 Enneatyr, 994 AN (Waxing Crescent)
Mostly a combat session for this night as the party invisibly snuck aboard the Wueen Merry to destroy Lady Izail and her amulet. Things got a little awkward with the decision to go all the way into the hold where they found Maristo hanging out with his remaining Enhanced Zombies. There was a struggle in dealing with the Zombies and Maristo in such tight spaces - for both parties - and Maristo felt the need to summon his Lady to assist but it wasn't enough to keep the party from locking them down. Once they dispatched Lady Izail, the weakened Demilich, her body started releasing a necrotic miasma. Before it could spread too far, the party quickly found the phylactery (the amulet that was turning people into cats) on Maristo's body and hightailed it out of there, beating up sailors on the ship quite easily during their exit.
Along the way, Turt dropped the amulet into pint of holy water and the party watched it slowly sizzle as the dark magic faded away. Time to slink off, collect their reward, and figure out what's next.
