APR 2 / APR 30 - Aboleth Broodmother, Act II/III
General Summary
Wrapping Up In Bilgewater
Date: Afternoon of 21 Heptatyr, 994 AN (Waning Gibbous)
A session of battle and a bit of a Session Zero Part 2.
It was a rough and tumble battle as the party assaulted the aboleth and its broodlings in its lair. After initiating the conflict, the party remnants of the Aboleth Broodmother began calling for the biomass that it had been collecting to join together. The party weakened it as it formed a somewhat combat-ready chrysalis, also fending off the controlled wildlife and Bullywugs in the area. They managed to some damage to the creature before the creature hatched into its Broodmother form once more. Things started to get a little close as the Broodmother incapacitated members of the party, eventually draining Lacarria to unconsciousness before they managed to put the creature down.
As the party got their bearings, the remaining wildlife in the area turned on the broodlings and devoured their remnants. The surviving members waded over to their downed companion and found her still breathing. Before they made their way out of the area, Turt did a quick search and found a stash of loot where the Aboleth had hidden some of the goods that it had collected.

Party collected payment for the job and started looking at potential next postings. As they were looking at it, Jeaks mentioned that there may be better opportunities elsewhere depending on the individual goals of the party. They took some time to consider this over drinks at Fortune's Glory (tavern) before deciding to move on to a new location, Piltover (and not just to follow Jeaks because she's going there).
Except Pickle. Pickle will be heading off to Ionia (maybe to go assist Sprout's family farm?).
A D&D 5e Campaign Setting was created under Riot Games' "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy using assets owned by Riot Games. Riot Games does not endorse or sponsor this project. I don't own any of the artwork and do my best to source everything. Have a nice day.
