Buhru District, Bilgewater

Sitting just outside of the Eyries, the Buhru district sits at the midpoint between Rat Town and the upper levels of Bilgewater.
The Buhru district is where a number of Buhru that have integrated into Bilgewater society have made their homes. It is also the location of the Temple of Nagakabouros where the Buhru and even some Bilgewater converts pay respects to their Mother Serpent and goddess.

Points of interest

Explorers' Guild Field Office - Located on the edge of the Buhru District and Rat Town, the Explorers' Guild's field office in Bilgewater is place that looks rundown with a new splash of paint. It's a single story building that looks patched together with the remnants of ships like most buildings in the lower side of Bilgewater, but touched up recently. The field office is run by Senior Journeyman Jeaks, who also seems to be the only one posted here.
Temple of Nagakabouros. Standing for over a thousand years, this sprawling temple of the Mother Serpent is one of the best-maintained structures in the pirate city. Its front windows overlook the churning waters of Bilgewater Bay, and at its heart sits a large courtyard shaped like the fanged mouth of a leviathan. Inside, acolytes pace the flame-lit halls and fill offering bowls with various fruits for Nagakabouros. When not wielded by Illaoi, visitors can also witness the gleaming Eye of God sitting on a central dais in the temple.
