Highlake

Highlake is a small town of little significance that sits north of Piltover and south of the Great Barrier mountain chain. It's a relatively quiet place that offers many basic goods, but not much beyond that. Occasionally merchants travel through going between Piltover and Noxus, but most prefer the safer see routes. Being a small town, Highlake offers basic ammenities such as basic supplies, inns, and taverns.
The town's benefactor, Francis Stein, is mage whose family has "ruled" the town for generations. With the mage spending most of their time split between Piltover and their home in the Tanglepines, the town is adminstered by local mayor and appointed council.
