Formerly discharged general Jericho Swain successfully led a coup d'état in Noxus and established the Trifarix Council of Three.
In spite of his dishonorable discharge form the military, former General Swain enacted a coup within the Noxian capital, deposing and killing Emperor Boram Darkwill. In less than a year's time, Swain ended the occupation of Ionia's land, recalled the push into the Freljord, reduced the influence of the noble houses and established the Trifarix Council to govern the empire.
