Head of the Shadow Army

Qualifications

They need to be a fully trained member of the Shadow Army and be chosen by the Faeris and the Tsar as someone who is capable of leadership.

Requirements

They need to be chosen by the Faeris in the Shadow Army at the time of their appointment and the Tsar.

Appointment

The Shadow Army choose their leader then they are brought before the Tsar for their official appointment to the role. 
Typically, this appointment ceremony takes the form of the chosen leader kneeling before the Tsar and swearing their loyalty. The Tsar then says that they are worthy of the role and decare them the new leader of the  Shadow Army and worthy soverign of the Shadow palace.

Duties

They have to look after the Faeris residing in the Shadow palace and members of the Shadow Army.

Responsibilities

They are responsible for overseeing the Shadow Army's work and for managing the running of the Shadow palace. They also have to oversee the education of the young Faeris at the school.
