Bladko Slav is a the Mayster of the Kholop Halfling Miners, in the Cherti Mountains. Bladko is himself a Kholop, but he is granted more privileges than his fellow slaves. He is used by the Mountain Elves to demonstrate that the Kholops are healthy and well looked after.
