Grabitel Robbers

The Grabitel are a band of Goblin robbers in the Forest of Frost. Their official emblem consists of a pair of crossed daggers, with two Reindeer antlers that resemble the sillhouette hands reaching towards a bag of treasure. The totem at their camp has the skelelton of a Pseudodragon hanging from it.

Structure

Robber Wife
The Robber Wife is a cruel, oversized goblin, who rules the Grabitel Bandits purely because she's the most cunning of the group. As long as she continues to provide for them, she will continue to be loyally served. Her daughter, Snik-Snak, is kept somewhat outside the robbers' heirarchy.
Bugbears and Hobgoblins
The gang contains a few Bugbears and Hobgoblins, who enjoy a higher status than the regular goblins. They provide the muscle, intimidating to the poor travellers on the road that they accost. The hobgoblins also help manage the loot, since they are generally the best crafters of the bunch.
Goblins
The regular goblins are fierce and wild. They are sometimes runaways from the towns of Ketterzan, or the offspring of such runaways. They provide backup to the Hobgoblins, and look after the animals.
Animals
The robbers have a few Reindeer and a pack of Goblin Dogs.

Whenever the Goblin Bandit has successfully used Intimidate to demoralise a creature, the duration of the shaken condition is increased by 1 round. In addition, if the target is shaken for 4 or more rounds, the Goblin Bandit can instead decide to make the target frightened for 1 round.
Rope Master
Can move at normal speed when using a rope on a Climb check, can take 10 when using Acrobatics to move over narrow surfaces even when in danger or distracted, and gains a +4 bonus when determining the DC to escape bonds when tying up a creature.
Surprise Ambush
When acting in a surprise round, the Goblin Bandit can take a move action, standard action, and swift action during the surprise round, rather than just a move or standard action. During the surprise round, opponents are always considered flat-footed against the Goblin Bandit, even if they have already acted.
