Kobold
Kobolds share a common ancestor with Zmei, and are usually very proud of this fact. They worship Zmei, and are even willing to acquiesce to the authority of Half-Zmei, however, they generally consider any other creatures below them on the pecking order. The authorities disagree, having only granted Kobolds Pendent Persons status, and many consider them lucky to even have that.
