Papa Vladimir is a Winter Witches in the lower ranks of the Snow Queen's Court. He is a Witch of the moon, and these lunar leanings led him to accidentally catch the attention of Koshmar the Night Hag. Together they created a Changeling baby, Vladimira, who would grow up to become Baboushka.
