High Winter Queen Khlodelle Zimavedma, of the Winter Witches, and the Sabrelands of the North (a.k.a. The Snow Queen)
Queen Khlodelle is the High Winter Queen of the Winter Witches. She is believed to be a regular Drow Noble, but is actually a Winter Hag, who leeches power from the Winter Witch coven.
Physical Description

Because her identity as a Winter Hag is kept secret, Khlodelle normally covers the bottom half of her face, to conceal her rotting nose and multiple layers of teeth from her subjects. She also hides her sharp frostbitten claws behind fine fur gloves. However, amongst the Zimavedma devotees, Khlodelle goes uncovered, partially because she knows that they will not betray her secret, but mostly as an intimidation tactic against any would-be usurpers.

When the witch Baboushka was cursed by her mother, she became a crone while still a maiden. Fearing the significant loss to her own power, if the Maiden, Mother, Crone prophecy were to unfold, Queen Khlodelle used the Mirror of Reason to find out if Baboushka would become a mother. Seeing her with a small child and the Woodcutter Vasilly, Queen Khlodelle mistook the adopted Goblin for Vasilly's natural son and kidnapped the infant Oleg (whose house was ungarded as a result of the Winter-Touched Domovoi).
