Xeezar
The Harbringer of Death
Xeezar was an Elven Lich who served under Takhisis as one of The Four Harbringers. He resided in the ghost town of Melchedin for thousands of years before being offered power and a more persistent immortality by Takhisis in exchange for his undying loyalty to her cause. He was then assigned as a Harbringer and a leader of Hydra until the Heroes of Reshnia were able to kill him and destroy his phylactery.
