Melchedin

Melchedin, also known as The City Of Death, was the city in which Xeezar The Lich resided before being defeated by The Red Scars. It is currently unpopulated, outside of the residual undead that remain inside the city.

Government

Previously ruled by a single lich, now unruled.

Defences

A large, 80 foot wall surrounds the outside of the city, though many parts of this wall have come down over the years by force or by nature. This wall allows for soldiers both on top and inside the wall. The wall itself has arrowslits all along it to allow soldiers to fire on attacking troops, and allowing for soldiers to survey the enemy's numbers. While there are very little fortification weapons along the top of the wall, there are two large towers on the north and south end of the city that each host a ballista. The north tower also hosts both a portcullis, which hosts the only entrance to the city, and mechanism designed for pouring hot tar.
