The Victoricci Empire is a grand empire originating in west Wokris. The empire has stakes in Faerous, Pariah and Tsinaal. Built on the idea of perfection over all, the empire was founded by a high elven prophet claimed to be descended from Ia herself; and the prophet's descendants still take claim to the title of The Cobalt Emporer.

The Conflicts in Wokris

In the homeland of Wokris, conflict had been toiling for years until in the year 2073 when war started among the factions of the area. Many thought The Victoricci Empire would come out on top thanks to their numbers and wealth, but the oppoing force's use of guerrilla tactics quickly embarrassed the empire globally, leading to their technical surrender 3 years later.

This loss lead to the PPW, and, eventually The PPQ's rise as a major global power.

Following the embarrassment in Wokris; the empire decided to fill the power vacuum in Tsinaal left after the mass murder of the former Guilds of Tsinaal in hopes of gaining power and influence.

The Cobalt Emporer

The current emporer of Victoricci is Wyvl Victoricci III, nicknamed the lord of dragons thanks to his apparent affinity for the beasts. He is the first emporer to act as a general alongside his troops, following the execution of his mother, the previous emporer, after her failure to lead in Wokris
