This is THE RICHEST Country in the world. Somehow when the country was being formed the founders realized the places where they built their cities were right on top of liquid pools of gold. With this they started to turn it into coins, and eventually had wealth beyond imagination. Most countries owe this country anywhere between 10,000 golds coins to 3 billion gold coins. This country is lead by 5 major players who are the 5 most famous people within the world. Each of the leaders has their own area that they are known for and is nearly worshiped for it. Likewisee with the gold though they also realized that there are pools of Silver, Bronze, Platinum, and Cooper underneath some of the smaller cities within the country. Not a single person living in this country knows what hunger or suffering is. That being said there at times can be strict rules.

Manners Maketh Man. This is the true code within the O.T.V. and applies to everyone not "just men." Manners are vitally important and must when entering the country. Regardless Village, Town, or City, thus why it can feel like the people are impossible to deal with.
