Along with that Numrona Federation is the 2nd best country for being inclusive to all species. It is still democratic in its leaders and relations with its people, but they leave the leaders to serve until death before electing a new leader for each city. They truly are the "twin country" to their best alliance which is with Krato Confederacy. Here everyone is hardworking and seemingly like to work non-stop. They don't see themselves as well off as The O.T.V., Domain, or Sultanate thus why their countries complete unified understanding that working hard allows them to stay a step ahead of others.
Culture
This country prioritizes the city power over having a central leading government so each city has different rules to follow. They people are honorable, trustworthy, and kind... TO THERE OWN. Upon outsiders visiting they are not ones to act hostile but the passive aggression is very obvious to those visiting UNLESS you come from the Confederacy.
